6. Pavko, Artofit, are a gang of Russian spammers believed to include Yambo Financials and the worlds #1 spammer Alex Blood. They began with pharmaceutical spam, but have branched out into other areas and make heavy use of hijacked machines.

5. Micahel Lindsay, of the iMedia Networks in the USA, provides hosting solutions to ROKSO spammers using offshore machines and zombies.

4. Ruslan Ibragimov, of Russia, who developed stealth spamware and uses zombies and virus infected machines to do his spamming.

3. Amichai Inbar, of Israel, who sam download porn movies, drugs and pump and dump stocks.

2. Leo Kuvayev, of Russia, who specialises in (pirated) OEM CD's as well as dabbling in the traditionals of porm, pharmaceuticals and other softwares.

1. Alex Blood, of the Ukraine, who is known by several other aliases including Alexander Mosh, AlexseyB and Alex Polyakov. Spamhaus describes his activities as consisting of Massive botnet and child-download porn movies spam ring, also pharma, mortgage, and more.

Bringing together experts from different countries, and working collectively is the best chance of completely defeating spam.
